Photo Hunt - Colourful

The theme for this week's Photo Hunt is colourful. This was taken at Annes Grove Gardens in Castletownroche, near Mallow in County Cork. It may be heavy on green but it is lush and green is colourful!

What no swamp monster? I bet if we
add some shadows it can be a cryptozoologoy find.

The locals tell the tales of mythical
creatues, but they are always seen after some drinking.

Love your creative take on this week´s theme. I agree - green shades are very colourful, but so difficult to catch with the camera.
I wish you a great weekend.

What a lovely, tranquil shot - the greenery is very easy on the eye. Hope you're having a lovely weekend, and not besieged by the same vile weather I'm suffering.

I once described the Olympic Peninsula as---"It's so green." My professor laughed at my failure of vocabulary and declared "The green gods are smiling."

That is sincerely gorgeous! The hubs and I have been to Ireland twice, and never got to Cork either time. More's the pity, if this is an example of what we missed!

This shot has so many wonderful variations in light and texture, and what is it? 40 shades of green? :-)

Love it.
