The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

Cat in Doghouse
Boris is under strict curfew again after we discovered him at Izzy's house. I don't think anything will stop him visiting the 100kilo Mastiff...Hi ho.time for play dates I think!
Have you ever taken a photo of the two of them together? I'd like to see that. Although deep in my memory banks I have a sense I may have asked this before.

Ah... but he looks so innocent
Oh, Boris, what fine whiskers you have!
Hi ho. I went through a phase where I said that all the time. It was after reading Vonnegut's Slapstick. :-)
Boris deserves his name.
He looks so sad yet lovely.
Boris and curfew? Forgeddit. No determined cat will be stopped by human curfew.
Poor Boris! The love that dare not speak its name!
Thanks everyone. I must try and get a photo of them together!
He is very gorgeous though!
He is but he is very naughty and willful!
These humans will not get the better of me!!
I doubt we will!
