Photo Hunt - Light

Ingatestone Windmill

Ingatestone Hall grounds

The subject for this week's entry for Photo Hunt is light. Perhaps I am just light on inspiration but these two photos taken in August please me. On the other hand the play of light... oh anything I will say will be a tenuous link to the theme! This will be the last photo hunt of 2008, err 2007, for me. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year

Beautiful shots. I love that first one - truly amazing.

An old Spanish friend of my friend Tetrapilotomos would very probably prefer shot one; I do like both. :)

No matter that you have to think about the connection to the theme--we need to think more often.

My Photo Hunt is not what you would expect, either. Stop by to see.

Perfect! All photography depends onlight after all, but the windmill in particular is a great example.

Now, do please tell me how you have a box for url in your comment section. About half the blogger sites I've been to today have it, and the rest don't - including mine.

I used to have to do this horrible Windmill exercise back in school where you rotate your arms until they feel like they're going to fall off.

I like your version better. :)

Ah I remember that damn exercise! And star jumps and bloody burpees!

I'm fascinated with windmills. I love the second photo. Skipping stones in the water is fun.
