Cold and Methotrexate, a killer combination!

Well not quite a killer but one that is making me feel doubly like crap.

Three cheers for the visible reduction in my psoriasis but none for its immunosuppression qualities....

If I feel better later I will finish off a post I've been playing around with over the weekend, if not I'll be back tomorrow....

Psoriasis is nasty, poor you. My eldest son has had bad rashes and he had to see a consultant to get a good steroid cream which worked, though I don't know why his GP couldn't have prescribed it. I hope it gets better soon, just keep trying different creams.

My daughter has Psoriasis. It is terrible, poor you.

Doctors don't tell you. I think taking fish oil helps to keep your skin oily from within. I have been taking fish oil every night, and my skin is not dry like before.

Pah James I want to get better not worse!

To be fair getting the right treatment for psoriasis can be a bugger and beyond the scope of a GP. It's taken several failed treatments to get me to here. When I first showed signs of it I was given a cream by my GP but I was referred immediately to a dermatologist

Thanks Cherie

It's no fun. It dos make me feel a bit self conscious about by body. Psychological;y that can be almost as bad Ann
