The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
my big guy loves to squeeze in any box that is 8 sizes too small for him- he then promptly spills over the sides. :)
Aww isn't Robyn cute :-)
He looks perfectly content there. He is a fine looking cat. This is the fierce one defending the sausage as I recall.
How did you manage that?
Well, he was waiting for a box posh enough for his status with proper tissue paper padding.
Aww Betmo.. Cats and boxes are the perfect combination! He's a gentle giant Nunyaa. Very friendley... except to magpies and strange cats! The one and the same jmb! When it comes to treats he is a beast. Howeever, Mimi has been known to ignore the swearing and nick his stuff!Easy James. I left it on the floor five minutes and he was in there fast asleep!Ah yes Bryan. Fit for cat of his statues. And he sleeps on satin!
Send the box back to the Museum and say you want a refund for incorrect description. ;)
Somewhere, there is a perfect box just waiting for that special cat. :D
Is that his new home now ;-)
THe not wife wouldnt trade the beastie even for a terracotta warrior, Beaman!Indeed lb and it is the duty of every cat to try all boxes in tohe hope one will be perfect!Very much Cherie, except when he plants himself on the not-wife's lap
Oh he certainly is a cute old gent
What a sweet cat! I wish I could put my fingertips underneath that furry chin and skritch while he purrs happily.
And he would take every single scritch you can give!
Cats are immune to claustrophobia!
Oh they are. Bebe does not care if Robyn sits on her head!
