The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

Bear
A poor photo of my sister's cat Bear. He was originally called Ursa but when it was fond out she was a he it went to Ursus and then simply Bear
