roator cuff injury. I did it at the gym... but not on a machine, I slipped on some spilled tea tree oil in the changing room
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that, Jams! Also, this is just more proof that working out can be detrimental to one's health, even if you weren't really working out!
Isn't it just LB! I won't be using tea tree oil any time soon though
