The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

Oh, that is so beautiful! It would have worked for the recent PURPLE Photo Hunt as well.
Indeed it would have fit the purple theme. I love these hardy geraniums. But they are not out here as yet. Everything is three weeks late this year.
