The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
That's quite a lot of ear jewellery. But, for a lady, the look in those eyes might work (but not for me, he may be glad to know).
I hope he get's better soon! What's the illness, or is it top secret...?
Oh dur! Did I misread that? Did you mean nephew 3 as in nephew iii? I thought you were saying "nephew ill" (Nephew III!!)Have a look at your title and you'll see what I mean!!
A further confusion is the issue I wrestled with - is it the 3rd nephew Jams has shown us, or the 3rd picture of one of the two nephews we have seen? I think it's the 3rd photo of the first nephew.
This story works best when told with a broad Cork accent:Woman 1: My sister had twins recently ...Woman 2: Oh! What are their names?Woman 1: The girl's called Denise ...Woman 2: And the boy?Woman 1: De nephew!
Dat was good Francis :)
It's a great photo, Jams. Also he's a brave guy. I only had pierced ears once. And I thought that women were crazy!
I'm with H.Is this yet another nephew or one of the previous ones? Which one can I get a date with?
Haha Gleds it does look like he is unwell!Francis an oldie but a goodie!H it is the 3rd photo of him. Only two nephewsClaude he and you are braver than me.. no piercings for me... and he has more tattoos than me too!Haha Nursie!
