SO, did you get really close or have a good zoom? Love the bee shot!

Wow...the flowers are really tiny and beautiful. It fits this week's theme. That bumblebee did give the extra touch to the shot. Well done. Wishing you a calm, happy and lovely weekend! http://crizlai.blogspot.com/2007/07/photo-hunters-tiny.html

Wow, that's great. I thought of posting a similar picture, but went a different route.

I checked out your picture of the white Misumena vatia (a new term for me). I like how it stood out on the pink flower. My yellow one stayed on the sunflower all season last year while it was in bloom and then after it started to fade. I keep checking the garden this year but haven't seen any others yet.

Thanks all.

TN Chick. not a zoom but a macro lens and a ring flash - Money well spent as they have allowed me to get some really pleasing close up shots!

I bet they are there Whirlwind - just hiding in plain sight!

Never thought of a buddelia being tiny before - but I see what you mean:). Buddelias grow like weed round here. Teasels don't do too badly either.

Wow! The second one with the bee is great! Very tiny flower!!

I hope folks take the time to see the large versions. The flowers are actually fuzzy under the bloom. The bumble bee? It looks so soft that you think you could cuddle it!
