The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
Hey, Jams! I hope you're having a great summer. Great cat shot. Superb, in fact! And yes, you should make it to San Francisco and the next time, NYC!
Meeting him in the night could be interesting.
Thanks Sphinx. I really must!He would not greet you with a chirrup and a purr James!
Maybe the reason he is so pissed off is because of the unflattering photosyou take.
Could this be a case of "give a cat a bad name...."?
What a handsome devil!
Perhaps it is because I was breathing Beak!Ah now he would be eivil if his name was butterfly Ruth!He is but utterly psycho Sue
I am just imagining that photo if the eyes were glowing red rather than yellow... I shouldn't really it is nearly time for sleep!!!
I'm sure deep down he's just a... well, just a pussy cat, as they say. A little love and attention brings out the pussy cat in most of us.
A suitable minion for the Basement Cat.Does he ever go home, or does he act like he is on a mission to attack Boris?
Haha Cherie... PLEASANT DREAMS MWUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!Andrew you are correct the outer psycho conceals an inner kitten... Sadly the inner kitten is a rabid maniac!I think he is in training for that gig Bryan! His garden sides on to ours so there is a territory overlap. Sadly he thinks our garden is his territory
Now there's a devilish expression!
Perhaps Jams needs to take up arms against Satan Cat with one of those powerful water blaster toys. Some neighbours of mine know how effective they can be in teaching a cat where its territory ends - they used it against one of our former empire-building cats at times, and apparently had much fun doing so too.
Ah yws Steve.. He can teach satan a thing or twoTo be fair he doesn't come over that often but when he does....
