WW - Dandelion

Well okay, a heavily manipulated picture of a dandelion

If abstrat dandelions are not to your taste here's a Hebe which is in full bloom at the moment. This week's entry for the Tuesday and Wednesday edition of Wordless Wednesday.

I think the dandelion looks rather like a firework and the Hebe makes me wish for a bit of colour in my garden!

Simply gorgeous. I want to pick them and hold them and smell them.

It is SO not fair that you've got flowers blooming already!! Geez, I'd give anything for a yard full of dandelions right now!

I can appreciate the Hebe, the dandilion, well?? My imagination is good, but visualization is very poor for me.
Good picks though, and Happy WW&WT!

I love the abstract dandelion and the hebe(is that what it's called?) Beautiful pictures! :)

Hmm just as well you labeled it then as I thought I was in outer space for a moment. Jasmine's in full bloom here, very heady stuff.
Cheers

I like both the original and the manipulation. The abstract version lends itself to all sorts of interesting interpretations.

Infrared Dandelion sounds like a kick ass title for a spy movie!

First shot is really creative and I love it! Looks like fireworks! The second is exquisite, I love the delicacy and detail you have captured here.

I thought the first one was a photo of fireworks! LOL.

My daughter asked me JUST THIS WEEK, when will the dandelions be in our yard? She is looking forward to a weed many gardeners dislike. But we go out in the yard, make wishes and blow on those lovley puffy little plants. And spread the 'dandelion love' ALL around the neighborhood!

Well, I must admit I thought the first picture was from an artistic Fireworks.
It's amazing how we can manipulate photos these days.

Great entry

The part I love about "highly processed" photos, especially of flowers, is that you are often able to see patterns of shapes that are not visible in the natural state. Like this one. Great work. Thank you for visiting my WW.
