The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.

That's a given, seeing as the Church of Rome does not admit women into holy orders of priests and brothers.
Mutants and weirdos were welcomed with open arms though!
Still you know all these fancy names of the flowers, so Jesuits have something good going for them.
