The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
Wow! How did you do that?
This is my favourite so far in this series. I'm guessing there will be more, yes?
Susan - Macro lens, ring flash. 1/60sec exposure, lens stoped down to f22. If I choose a subject with nothing in the background for a fair bit the background is dark while the subkect is illuminatedTHans CalumThere will be now SE!
Jams - you are going from great to exquisite now!
Exquisite, Jams, exquisite
Wow beautiful :-)
How do you do it??? I am very impressed!
Thanls everyone. I'm glad you like it.Nevin it's a matter of technique rather than any skill. It's done with a macro lens and ringflas on aperture prioriity setting. I fire at 1/60 sec stopped down to f20 or higher
