The title of this blog comes from a Gaelic expression -"putting on the poor mouth"-which means to exaggerate the direness of one's situation in order to gain time or favour from creditors.
I did not anticipate this as substitute for Fridays Cat blogging. I wish I remember what the name of the painting he did with a young child and a cat looking evil nearby. I have seen it several times.
